Issue 03 Theme (Spring): Vernal Veneration - As we work towards a more sustainable future, how do you worship the blooms and welcome the changes the new season brings?​​

Guidelines
All submissions must be shared as an edit-enabled Word or Google document.
Submissions in both English and French are accepted and are open to anyone living in Canada.
In the case of multiple submissions, each individual piece should be in a separate document.

Fiction: No minimum word length. Physical print: Max 1,800 words / Online Journal: Max 2,500 words
Creative Nonfiction/Essays/Memoirs: No minimum word length. Physical print: Max 1,800 words / Online Journal: Max 2,500 words. Note that we are not currently interested in works previously submitted for academic credits.
Poetry: Submit up to five poems of any length - in separate documents.
Book/Movie Reviews: Under 850 words.
Visual Art - Photography, Illustrations, Graphic Design, Drawing, Painting, etc.: All formats considered, including full-page (bleed) designs (6x9in). Please indicate any desired specifications in formatting/display.
Comic strips: 2 page maximum
Collaborative Illustrations: Are you an artist, illustrator, photographer, or digital designer interested in creating artwork to accompany a piece of writing? To be considered, send us an email with links or attachments of your sample work.
Other: What else you got? Transcript of an interesting conversation? A great joke? Your especially well-written grocery list? Send it our way.
